What’s your favorite thing to teach in class?
••• Sometimes I love thighs, sometimes I love core focus or even warm up 🤷🏼♀️ it’s too hard for me to pick just one, but I do love when those lights go down 👌🏼👌🏼
Favorite line you like to say when you're teaching/favorite thing to hear when you're taking class?
••• “challenge yourself in a new way or do something different today than you did in your last class” because there is always a way to change in a way you haven’t before in every single class.

What’s your life like outside of PB?
••• After teaching first grade for five years, I’m taking a break to be home with my sweet, but busy boy Maverick 💙Soaking it all in as much as I can. Austin and I are getting married in April, so lots of wedding planning too!
