Autumn
Born in Burbank and raised all over Southern California, Autumn is a true California girl! At the age of 4, she began performing on stage and thus sparked her theatrical journey. After graduating from Orange County High School of the Arts, Autumn moved back to LA to pursue her dream of entertainment. Through years of retail jobs, making ends meet, she found an intense passion for customer service and team management. Upon discovering Pure Barre in July of 2023, Autumn immediately fell in love with the team, community, and the workout itself. After taking her first class, she approached her instructor and said she needed to be a part of the team, and did not stop pursuing that vision until it was reality. Pure Barre has provided Autumn with a sense of fulfillment and confidence in her body that she hasn’t felt in years. This effect is not only physical, but mental as well, increasing her productivity and motivation in all aspects of life! Autumn’s favorite part of class is the deep relief of stretching at the end of class. This is a moment to appreciate her body for carrying her through all of class and begin her recovery process, ensuring she is ready for her next one! She encourages clients to think about their recovery as much as the workout itself to maximize every session!
