Lauren has been teaching Pure Barre since 2019 and is also an Academic Department Coordinator at Amherst College. In her own words, "I love teaching Pure Barre because I have a huge passion for fitness and I love to challenge those with the same goals or help people just getting started and back into it. AND you've got to love the music! It gives me life every time I teach and take class!"
