Meet Melissa! Kicking seats before the sun comes up in her 6am class! Melissa teaches Classic, Empower, and Align while being a full time engineer. She loves being surrounded by strong women and making them feel even stronger. She's a dog mom to a cutie pie, beagle named Luna. You can catch her with a glass of red wine or a margarita on the weekends.
