Lauren
Lauren was raised right here in Wellington, FL; she recently moved to Los Angeles for a few months, and decided to return to Wellington where she loves her community. With no dance background, she took her first Pure Barre class after a graduate school friend recommended it. Lauren instantly loved the class, technique, and community-feel. Less than a year later, she began teaching Pure Barre. She loves to help clients reach their “aha moment” and encourage them to be kind to themselves. Lauren is a full-time pediatric speech-language-feeding pathologist, loves to bake and travel.
