Outdoor Poolside Pop Up!

Red, White, & Poolside! We are kicking off the holiday with a outdoor Pure Barre Class at 9:00am at the Langley Club. Check in begins at 8:45am and we will begin class promptly at 9:00am. Pure Barre is a low impact and high intensity total body work out that can be done basically anywhere. We will focus on strengthening our muscles and lengthening to create long, lean muscle tone. Parking is free on site & you must reserve your spot in advance. You'll need to bring a yoga mat, towel, sneakers or socks, optional light hand weights, and water!
