Our 50 minute class uses small or isometric movements to work your entire body. Class starts with a full body warm up, then moves to arms, thighs, seat, abs, and finishes with a cool down stretch. Bring a yoga mat, wear workout clothes and a smile. Sign up in advance as spots are limited. After you purchase your ticket, a studio rep will confirm your booking.
