Pure Barre Pop-Up for Shine Bright for Kids!

We are SO EXCITED for our donation-based Pure Barre Pop-Up class at Royal Foundry Craft Spirits. This will be the perfect place to "embrace the shake". Our low impact, high intensity workout will challenge you through a combination of strength elements and cardio sprints, elevating your heart rate and inducing the shake. Tickets are $25. Space is limited. Tickets get you a class and a hand crafted cocktail. All profits will be donated to the Shine Bright Campaign for the Minnesota Children's Hospital. We can't wait to tuck it out with you on Sunday, September 19th at 12:00 pm at Royal Foundry.
