Sweat + Social

Join the Pure Barre Appleton and Flow Family Chiropractic gals for a summer pop up series! We'll be getting our sweat on by going through an outdoor Pure Barre class led by Andrea of PBA, along with some core and breath work led by Dr. Rachel of FFC. After the class, we will head to a close-by bar/restaurant to grab a drink together and enjoy some socializing! Here are the details! •June 14th at the Wisconsin Swim Academy green space, followed by a drink on the patio at Jaripeo Mexican Grill! •July 12th at the Little Chute Square (by the windmill), followed by a drink at Stone Arch Tied House! •August 9th at LaFollette Park in Kaukauna, followed by a drink at 313 Dodge!
