Alyssa
Alyssa grew up across the United States (+ Germany) as an Army “brat”. No matter where she lived, maintaining a healthy & active lifestyle remained a constant. She was a cheerleader through middle & high school, and following graduation from UW Oshkosh she pursued a career in marketing. Her roots were officially planted in Little Chute when she welcomed her daughter into the world. Alyssa first discovered Pure Barre in 2023 during her post-partum recovery, and she was hooked. The energy from the music reminded her of her cheer days. She found she was constantly encouraged and challenged by the incredible staff. And she appreciated the focus on proper form and pelvic floor strength. Alyssa began her teaching career in 2024 and is excited to cheer you on along your PB journey!
