Zahra has been doing Pure Barre for 8 years across 5 studios. She first found barre after wanting to become more active during college and fell in love with the low impact high intensity movements. She is currently a nursing student at Hopkins and is passionate about promoting movement, especially barre as a way to improve physical and mental health. Zahra believes that fitness is for everyBODY and strives to build an inclusive environment for all. When she is not at the barre, you can find her reading a good book or hanging out with her three cats!
