Holly found Pure Barre in 2015 when she was looking for low-impact workouts to accompany her newfound love of running. She fell in love with it after her first class because of the well-known burn! After experiencing the change to her own body, she wanted to take the leap to teach and bring that LTB to others! Two babies later she can more confidently say that Pure Barre not only prepared her for two deliveries but has allowed her to bounce back even stronger. She loves making clients feel strong, encouraged, and capable all while chasing the burn!
