Lauren got her start as a Pure Barre instructor at Pure Barre Greenwich in Greenwich, Connecticut, where she taught for over 2 and a half years. Since moving to Williamsburg, she has joined the PB NYC community in teaching Classic and Reform classes throughout Brooklyn and Union Square, and loves to blast any playlist with songs from Defected Radio.
