Kristen

Kristen grew up in New Jersey as a proud Italian where she started dancing at three years old. Love of dance is what attracted her to try pure barre as a way to recover from a kidney transplant in 2018. She quickly fell in love with the workout and started teaching six months later. You can catch her on the mic teaching all class formats, and when she's not at the studio you can find her exploring the world as a flight attendant.
