Alexis V.
Alexis is a New Orleans native, but she quickly fell in love with Chicago after a weekend getaway and hasn’t looked back since! Her Pure Barre journey began when her best friend became an instructor at a nearby studio. She started taking classes to support her friend but ended up loving the challenge of the workouts and the supportive community so much that she became an instructor herself! Alexis is also a software engineer, so when she isn’t teaching classes or coding, you can find her reading books, playing video games, or cuddling up with her two kitties.
One fun fact about Alexis is that she enjoys DIY home improvement projects—she even installed her mom’s backsplash all by herself, using only YouTube videos to guide her!
