What’s your favorite thing to teach in class? ••• Roundback. When the lights go off after seat, the music slows down a bit. Such a great time to foster the mind body connection, focus on your breath and LET IT ALL GO.  Favorite line you like to say when you're teaching/favorite thing to hear when you're taking class? ••• “You can do hard things.” Which is actually a Stovall saying 😜 Favorite Merch Brand you like to wear? •••Beyond yoga. Wearing it is like covering yourself in angel’s kisses.  BORING fact instead of fun fact? ••• I’m not boring so I don’t have any boring facts. Just kidding, I like to read. Is that boring?  What’s your life like outside of PB? ••• I have 3 young boys so it’s messy, chaotic, extremely busy and farty.
