Lindsay

Lindsay is a Registered Dietitian and has been a teacher at Pure Barre since 2021. Lindsay is passionate about using group fitness to help clients recognize their innate strength, gain confidence and create deeper connections as part of the Pure Barre community. She loves seeing the way music and movement can merge to create an effective workout that’s equally fun. Outside the studio, she enjoys date nights with her husband, spending time with her son, and traveling.
