Lindsay
Although Lindsay grew up in Richmond, Virginia, she was born in Kansas City and now considers it home. Lindsay is a Registered Dietitian and currently works in pharmaceutical sales. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family and reading! Lindsay fell in love with Pure Barre during the spring of 2021. Within just weeks, she could see and feel her body changing. As a teacher, Lindsay is passionate about using group fitness to help clients recognize their innate strength and to create deeper connections as part of the Pure Barre community. She loves seeing the way music and movement can merge to create an effective workout that’s equally fun!
