Shelley
Shelley began her Pure Barre journey in 2019 with her mom and has been hooked ever since. She began working the front desk at Pure Barre Eagle in 2025 after moving to Idaho from Sacramento. After several months working with Pure Barre Eagle's amazing front-desk staff, Shelley decided to immerse herself more in the community and began teaching in March 2026. She is super excited to connect with clients on a deeper level and provide a fun and powerful workout for everyone. Her favorite formats are Classic and Empower. In Shelley's free time, you can find her outdoors, reading thrillers, baking with her sourdough starter, and spending time with her husband and two-year-old daughter.
