I have been teaching Pure Barre for 4 years. My favorite class to teach is Pure Define because it allows everyone to alter their workout based on their ability that day with the different weight selections and speed options. I love Pure Barre because of all the different formats of workouts you can get in one place surrounded by the most positive community!
