Helen

Helen became a Pure Barre Fort Worth Client in 2023 when she entered the doors looking for a different and challenging workout. She is a full time student at Texas Christian University, and quickly found in Pure Barre a positive space and encouraging community where she could focus on herself for 50 minutes. In 2024, she became a Pure Barre Teacher so she could help clients find the same mental physical strenght she fell in love with. Currently certified in Classic, her class will make you shake!
