𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 – Rabia K!✨ 𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢? I'm from Greensboro, North Carolina! 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙞𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙚 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩? I signed up for an Empower class with Blair after a random online search for fitness studios near me in May 2021 (yes my first class was Empower). I have never felt more physically challenged in under an hour, and was hooked since! 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙋𝘽𝙂? I joined as a member in May 2021, and started teaching at PBG last summer after having trained in Atlanta. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙚? I love the community and motivation found at PBG! Teachers, barretenders, and members all truly support each other's goals and milestones. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨? No class is ever the same - keeping us on our toes (literally!). I also love how inclusive our classes and the PB movement can be (modifications, group and personal focus). 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚? My favorite format is Classic - always sticking to the OG 𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙚? BRITNEY SPEARS (and lady gaga) 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙣 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙋𝘽𝙂 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪? I have never taken group fitness classes or barre prior to PB - I jumped in blind and haven't looked back.
