Helena
Helena has been teaching since 2020. She is trained in classic, however Helena is also a Neonatal ICU nurse and in graduate school, working toward her DNP-NNP license. Helena loves to teach because it brings her joy pushing people to be the best version of themselves. She loves being able to see people not only complete their goals, but excel in them! Pure barre is a place for everyone to thrive and she loves the community it brings in. When she is not teaching, you’ll find her studying, hanging out with friends, trying out a new restaurant or hanging at home with her pets and fiancé!
