Cat Glasow

Cat was born and raised in Southern California. She grew up playing sports, cheerleading and taking dance. Being active and trying out new ways of staying active has been a big part of her life. Cat discovered Pure Barre a little over two years ago and fell in love with it. She was addicted to the way it made her feel. She felt stronger, more flexible and more confident with each class. Those changes helped Cat make the decision to become a teacher. She wanted to inspire others and help them on their fitness journey! She wants you to leave her class feeling empowered and proud of the work you just put in!
