Caroline
Caroline has been teaching Pure Barre since Spring, 2013! Caroline currently teaches all formats: Pure Barre Classic, Empower, Define, & Align.
She has taught only at the Jax Beach location, it is her home. Starting her journey by taking classes in Fall 2012, right after they opened the doors, she fell in love with the technique. Growing up a dancer she needed to fill that void and Pure Barre has done that plus so much more.
Caroline is a graduate from Fletcher High School and Florida State University. Outside of the studio, you can find her with her family, two dogs and running around the parks with her daughter, and curling up to a good book.
Pure Barre is more than a workout, it is a community. It is a feeling of being loved and supported by a group of inspiring women. If you are new to Pure Barre, give it a try, come back for that extra class. The excitement of every style will charge a different side of you and what you are looking for.
