Kristen
Kristen was born in Huntsville, AL but her family moved to Knoxville when she was 5 years old after her dad accepted a job with Bush’s Baked Beans! She attended CAK for grade school and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelors in Art! Painting, photography, pottery, drawing - she can do it all and loves anything creative. This is what lead Kristen to her current full time job as a Floral Designer at Alway in Bloom here in Knoxville! Kristen started taking Pure Barre in 2018 after, funny enough, a bad break-up from her now Husband! She had always been interested and brought her sister along for her first class and both of them fell in LOVE. She quickly became addicted and took over 100 classes in her first year as a member. She took her love for PB even further and started teaching in the summer of 2020! There are many reasons Kristen loves Pure Barre but one of the biggest is the amazing community of clients and teachers who always push her to be the best and strongest version of herself - inside and outside of the studio! Outside of Pure Barre, Kristen enjoys hanging out with her husband John and their two dogs, she has a huge heart for missions in Africa, and loves trying new restaurants around town! She can’t wait to meet you at the barre soon.
