Alexa Rose
Alexa is a Paducah, KY native turned Lexingtonian. She graduated from UK with her degree in Dietetics in 2016 (Go CATS!) and went on to pursue her professional dance career. She was a company member of Movement Continuum, Lexington’s original contemporary dance company, for 10 seasons while teaching and choreographing for young local dancers. Alexa began teaching barre just before COVID and has been a Pure Barre instructor since 2022. She works full time as a pediatric Registered Dietitian. In her free time she loves to spend quality time with her husband and 3 fur babies (2 cats & 1 energetic Boxer pup). As a retired performer, Alexa loves every moment in the studio from teaching to taking classes. She can’t get enough of the strength & stability Pure Barre promises and loves to deliver challenging yet fun classes to everyone who takes her classes!
