Emily is a long-time Pure Barre client who's been taking classes since 2013! She finally made the jump to teach and currently teaches Classic, her favorite format. She loves that Pure Barre is a challenging core workout and low-impact, making it accessible to every body. In her classes, expect to get out of your comfort zone--with lots of positivity and encouragement along the way! Outside of Pure Barre, Emily is a personal trainer and teaches HIIT and strength training classes, and loves exploring all that the city has to offer.
