Laurel
Laurel grew up in a small town just outside of Atlanta, Georgia and moved to Alabama for college, where it quickly became home. She earned her degree in Public Health from The University of Alabama and later completed her Master of Public Health at George Washington University. In 2022, Laurel and her husband settled in Huntsville and in May 2023 she joined Pure Barre as a member. She quickly fell in love with both the workout and the community. Just six months later, she began teaching, bringing her background in health education and passion for movement into every class. She is honored to empower others to feel strong and confident. Outside the studio, Laurel works as a nonprofit environmental educator, but her favorite role is being a mom to her son. She now lives in Athens with her husband, son, dog, and two cats, and loves connecting with and supporting the Pure Barre community.
