Sydney Lambert
Sydney was born and raised in Northern Virginia, just outside of DC. Sydney first found Pure Barre while in grad school to become a mental health counselor and was instantly hooked! She started taking class in January 2016, and as soon as March 2016 she went to teacher training. Sydney loves how Pure Barre helps her to feel both physically and mentally stronger, and loves being able to share that with others! Sydney joined the Pure Barre corporate team in August 2021 as a Master Teacher Trainer, and joined the team full-time in October 2023 as the Training Operations Manager and moved to California. She now lives in Orange County with her wife and 4 cats. When she's not doing Pure Barre, she loves spending time at the beach and being in the beautiful Orange County sunshine!
