Meet Vanessa! Vanessa joined our teaching team back in the Spring of 2022 but she’s no stranger to PBNBPT! She’s been taking class as a client since we opened in 2019 and we’re so happy that she took the leap into teaching! Her favorite classes to take are Classic and Define. She loves the flow of a Classic class and the ability to challenge herself with isometric movements, and also loves Define for the strength training component- together they compliment each other beautifully. When asked what her favorite thing about teaching Pure Barre was, she said “the motivation and the encouragement that goes behind teaching and coaching clients through a class. It’s such an empowering feeling as a teacher seeing clients return class after class showing up for themselves no matter what type of day they are having and see them maybe even lift a little higher in their toes or sink a little lower in their seat.” Catch Vanessa teaching (or taking) a Classic or Define class the next time you’re in Newburyport!
