Meet Sarah! Sarah is a native to Worcester County and joined the team in 2025. She started at the front desk and began teaching soon after. Sarah discovered Pure Barre after graduating with a BFA in Dance and fell in love with it. Outside of Pure Barre you can find her choreographing, teaching and taking dance classes. Her favorite format to take is Define because of its intensity and strength training. You can catch her on the mic and at the desk at our Northborough and Worcester locations!
