Hey! My name is Casei I live here locally but am originally from up north (my souls happy place)! I've been taking PB since 2017 and coming up on 8 years of teaching! Outside of the studio, I am an Acupuncturist & Integrative Medicine PCT and also an Integrative Nutrition/Womens Health Coach.
