I am Maryland born and raised and grew up around the corner in Damascus. Yet, I spend as much time as possible in Florida and consider myself to be solar powered!
My love of Pure Barre started in 2016. I was introduced to the workout by a friend who knew I needed a workout with low impact, as I suffer from severe arthritis in my back. I was immediately hooked. When Pure Barre Olney opened in 2020, I couldn't have been more excited to have a studio so close. I pursued teaching after being a client at PBO since the doors opened to level up my skills, share my passion, and help others grow their strength in mind, body, and spirit!
