Beth
Beth started her Pure Barre journey about five years ago, and it quickly became her favorite way to challenge both her body and mind. She also took ballet classes as a child, so Pure Barre has been a great way to bring back that movement and discipline while continuing to grow stronger.
"What I enjoy most is the sense of community and connection — the energy of the studio is so motivating, and I love being part of it. My favorite formats are Classic and Align, where I get to focus on strength, alignment, and the full mind-body connection. When I'm not at barre, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and three dogs!"
