Hi! My name is Mariessa and I am a 6th generation Arizona native. I took my first Pure Barre class over 10 years ago and it was love at first "SHAKE!" It is so empowering to zone into my mind-muscle connection through this technique. And it's truly a joy to share my knowledge and experience with our community. I have met some of my very best friends through Pure Barre. And am so grateful. Outside of Pure Bare PV, I operate a marketing & management company. I love to bake and read when I'm not trying out a new restaurant while exploring the world every chance to travel I get! Hope to see you at the Barre soon!
