Woo Buggs
Woo has had a passion for fitness her entire life. She enjoyed soccer, volleyball, and lacrosse in her younger years but as time went on, she found joy in running, functional exercises, pilates, and yoga.
In 2016, Woo decided to take her fitness journey to the next level, completing her 200hr yoga certification in Rishekish, India. In 2017, while carrying her own little bundle of joy, she added her Pre/Post Natal Yoga certification. To round out her training, Woo became certified in RAD yoga (myofascial release yoga).
During the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020 Woo set another goal; receiving her certification to teach STOTT Pilates Mat and STOTT Pilates Reformer.
After being a barre student for 10 years, Woo decided to join Pure Barre as an instructor to help you reach your fitness goals!
Woo’s teaching method:
⁃ Assessing the client’s body alignment
⁃ Discussing the client’s goals and needs
⁃ Assessing the client’s fitness level before developing a fitness plan to a healthier life.
When she’s not teaching, Woo enjoys spending time with her children and husband exploring the world!
