Katie is a high school student who started taking Pure Barre classes in 2024 and immediately fell in love with it. After rehabilitating her ACL and Meniscus twice, she adored the high intensity, low impact aspect of Pure Barre; making it a safe space to workout in. From having minimal post surgery strength, Pure Barre toned and sculpted her body to be stronger than ever before. Katie also is an avid golfer, and Pure Barre targets all critical muscles needed for golf like the core, arms, and thighs. Pure Barre was there for Katie when she needed it most, which sparked her inspiration to become a teacher. Katie adores being able to teach and motivate people to their best selves. If you can't find Katie at Pure Barre, there is a chance you can find her golfing, hanging out with her mom, sister and 2 dogs, or running Heart to Heart. Katie created Heart to Heart as a fun activity to help promote heart health in her peers, but that 'fun project' has turned into an American Heart Association recognized organization and clubs at 3 local High Schools!
