Lyndsay W.
Lyndsay was born and raised in Dallas. She was a dancer her whole life and served as the captain of her high school dance team (shout out Highlandettes). She continued to dance on a club team at the University of Virginia. After graduating, she moved to New York City, where she took her first Pure Barre class. She's been an avid fan ever since, as it combines all of the things she loves: good form, strengthening exercises, and the ability to challenge oneself both physically and mentally. She works as a remote tutor for students in Charlottesville, Virginia, so she loves that both teaching and taking Pure Barre gives her an opportunity to leave the textbooks and screens and get moving around other beautiful people. Her favorite things in life are reading, Survivor, and dachshunds, and she's happy to chat with you about those or anything else because she loves a good chat. She's trained in both Classic and Empower.
