Zoe
Zoë is a Bay Area native, with fitness and nutrition being a part of her entire life. In college, she majored in Food Science with an emphasis in Sports Nutrition. Growing up playing various sports, and being a cheerleader, she fell in love with the physical and dance side that Pure Barre brings.
When not teaching, she can be found roller skating at Golden Gate Park, trying new restaurants in San Francisco, and traveling. Her fitness beliefs are to do what feels good in your body and find something that nurtures and challenges you but will still leave you smiling at the end! Zoë is excited to bring her fun and energetic personality to the studio and connect with like-minded individuals.
