Ariana
Ariana walked into Pure Barre South Riding in February 2025 a little unsure, but with a “give it three months” mindset and a willingness to try something new. It didn’t take long before she was completely hooked. What started as a trial quickly turned into a passion as she discovered just how empowering Pure Barre could be, building both physical strength and a stronger, more confident mindset.
Inspired by her transformation, Ariana attended teacher training that summer and was on the mic by September. What she loves most about Pure Barre is the unmatched sense of community. There’s truly nowhere else where you’ll find such a supportive, uplifting group of women of all ages and fitness levels showing up, working hard, and encouraging one another every step of the way.
Ariana believes that no matter how tough a class feels, you’ll never regret showing up. Each workout leaves you mentally refreshed, accomplished, and stronger than before and with Pure Barre, no two classes are ever the same.
You can catch Ariana teaching Classic and Define on weekday mornings. She’ll greet you with a smile, keep the energy high, and challenge you to push past your limits.
Outside of the studio, Ariana loves spending time with her dogs and her husband, watching Formula 1, being outdoors in nature, doing puzzles, building Legos, and getting lost in a good book.
