Taylor discovered Pure Barre when she was eight weeks pregnant with her daughter, Phoebe, and immediately fell in love with the low-impact, total-body challenge it provides. Now a proud mom of two, she’s especially passionate about helping clients navigate their own pregnancy and postpartum journeys with confidence and strength. When it comes to teaching, Taylor is known for her upbeat energy, approachability, and genuine kindness—qualities that make every class feel welcoming and empowering. A graduate of the University of Texas with a master’s degree in journalism, she loves connecting through both words and movement. Outside the studio, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family, reading novels, running half marathons, and exploring new destinations—her recent favorites include Greece, Cape Cod, and Maine.
