Allie brings her passion, knowledge, and love for the Pure Barre technique to every class she teaches! After growing-up as a serious ballet dancer, Allie found Pure Barre in college through a dance teacher. She immediately felt a connection to the warm and inspiring Pure Barre community and loved the low-impact full-body workout that Pure Barre offers. Before becoming an instructor, Allie was a dedicated Pure Barre client for over eight years. Pure Barre helped Allie rehab through two back surgeries so she knows firsthand that no matter where you are on your fitness, or ability, journey, you can find a home at Pure Barre. Allie loves to challenge her clients in class to remind them that Pure Barre is a technique that you can constantly improve upon and strengthen. As an instructor, Allie is inspired by her clients that show up for, and purposefully prioritize, their mind and body for 50 minutes. Her powerful class will have you leaving it “all on the mat,” and walking out with a smile!
