Mary Helen
Mary Helen has a strong background in dance, theatre, and performance and started her Pure Barre journey in September of 2024. Since she has a passion for teaching, she found training to become a Pure Barre instructor extremely rewarding and a great addition to her skill set. Between utilizing dance technique, gaining new teaching experience, finding a fantastic workout, and meeting so many wonderful people along the way, Mary Helen’s Pure Barre journey has been nothing short of wonderful! She’s very excited to be a part of the PBWB studio and continue to learn, grow, and LTB with you!
