Rebecca

Born and raised in South Texas, Rebecca began seeking an active lifestyle at a young age. Through the years, she dedicated herself to competitive dance companies, gymnastics teams, and a nationally competitive high school cheerleading squad. After graduating, Rebecca attended Texas A&M University where she became a group fitness instructor while obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Nutritional Sciences. Realizing her desire to share her passion for living a life of health and wellness with others, Rebecca then achieved her Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Florida State University and became a Registered Dietitian. While furthering her career as a dietitian, she trained for and ran several half-marathons and was always in search of another tool to add to her fitness regimen. After attending her first Pure Barre class, Rebecca vividly remembers walking out of the studio feeling physically challenged, mentally renewed, and wanting more. Pure Barre quickly became her “retreat” while juggling the challenges of a full-time job, marathon training, becoming a wife, pregnancy, and finding herself again while tackling motherhood. Rebecca opened Pure Barre Cedar Park in the fall of 2015 with the vision of creating a studio experience that went well beyond the amazing classes. In 2024, after almost 9 years as studio owner, Rebecca decided it was time to put family first and passed the torch of being the proud owner of PBCP to Dee Dee. Pure Barre Cedar Park remains her “Happy Place” and she wants all who enter to feel welcomed and supported and to leave each class feeling stronger, healthier and ready to take on all that life has in store. Rebecca teaches all class formats and aims to deliver a first class workout every time she is on the mic – she likes to test your limits in the best way possible!
