Cat has been teaching Pure Barre since 2022. She is certified in both Empower and Classic classes. When Cat is not on the mic you can find her in the dance studio working with professional dance companies in the CT area. Her favorite thing about teaching Pure Barre is watching clients become empowered in their movement.
