Mary
Mary is a born and raised Cedar Rapidian. She found a passion for dance early on and mastered her skill at Studio Dance and extracurricular activities including Dance Team and Show Choir. She later moved on to dance at the University of Iowa and choreograph on a professional level as a side gig! After leaving her home state of Iowa and moving to Chicago, she discovered Pure Barre as an outlet to continue her dancing and body movement in a way she found rewarding and fun! She continued her Pure Barre journey after moving to Denver and only left it behind when she returned to Iowa in 2017. Mary was delighted and jumped at the opportunity to be a certified PB instructor in Cedar Rapids and learned a newfound admiration for the instructors she took class from in the past. Her Pure Barre instructor role has given her a platform to safely exercise postpartum and increase her confidence as a leader and member of the Pure Barre CR community!
