Monika has been living in Iowa for several years now. She has also lived in Colorado and Missouri. She is married and expecting her first baby come May of 2023!
She enjoys the outdoors and the peace nature has to offer her. She enjoys her family and being involved in church. Her best friend is her labradoodle, Sully.
She has always enjoyed music, dance and fitness; which is why Pure Barre was the perfect fit for her. She enjoys working out to a beat and helping others to feel the most confident in their skin! She loves teaching at Pure Barre not only because of the stress relief it offers her and the strength training through mind muscle connection, but the community of women supporting women. It’s unlike any other place of fitness and she loves her Pure Barre family!
