Dahlia G.
Dahlia was born in Buffalo Grove, Il and then moved to Seattle where she lived for 10 years before moving back. She was a gymnast and competitive cheerleader. She began taking classes in Washington after her friend brought her to an Align class in 2024. 6 months later, she became an instructor! Dahlia fell in love with pure barre because it is an accessible form of exercise that incorporated her passion of Physical Therapy. Outside of Pure Barre, she is a physical therapy student at UIC and loves to hang out with her friends!
