Shideh
Shideh is a Columbus native who planted roots in Cincinnati in 2022. After being introduced to Pure Barre from a fellow teacher-friend, she was hooked on the technique! The results from the first few classes were nothing like she had ever seen before and is what she continues to tell every new client. The intensity of the workout while maintaining low impact has been an incredible combination of strength and endurance.
Obsessed is an understatement! She started as a Pure Barre sales associate in 2018 and went to Pure Barre teacher training in 2020 where she is now Classic, Empower, Align and Define certified. She is grateful to be a part of the Pure Barre Oakley Fam!
