I started taking PB about 6 years ago, my mom would bring me with her when I was in high school and then home for summer break in college. I loved working out with her, and was always secretly jealous she could hold her plank longer than me, I wanted to be just as strong as she was.
When I moved back to Columbus after school, I started coming back to the studio - it quickly became the best part of my day and I was hooked all over again. 50 minutes to myself, where I didn’t have to think about anything other than heels higher or seat lower, and I always left feeling better than when I walked through the doors. I loved how the instructors always made such a positive impact in my day and thought that one day maybe I could do the same.
I love how pure barre challenges me to be the best version of myself. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to help others feel the same way and make a positive impact in their day.
